Rental Rates
- Facility:
- $1,500 minimum guarantee vs 10% of the gross receipts, whichever is greater. Plus all services provided. Rental rate includes Heat or air conditioning; General overhead illumination; Event administration; Cleaning of all public spaces; Use of in-house sound system; Rehearsal on day of show.
- Additional Fees:
- Load-in and load-out days are at full rental rate.
- Facility Fee:
- A Facility Enhancement Fee is added onto each paid ticket and retained exclusively by the facility.
- Ticketing:
- $750 minimum vs 3% of gross sales, whichever is greater. Credit card reimbursement at 3%.
- Merchandise:
- 30% of gross sales - facility sells.
